Does the fourth amendment mean anything to you? You cannot force someone to open up their private lives just because you want them to.

I think the best way around this is for the states to pass the laws that require proof of eligibility.

Cool! So anyone who wants any kind of job can just quote what you said to the prospective employer. Great! Or when renewing ones driver's license and on and on. But we're talking jobs here.

Heck if you want to rent a house or apartment you practically have to have a proctlogy exam, employers and previous landlords since you were out of diapers, credit check upon credit check, etc.

But to be Pres? Nada. You can lie your way into the WH with impunity. That is wrong wrong wrong.
