CIA installed camera is overheating, then shuts off.

NSA, not CIA, and they fixed the overheating problems long before this model. During testing they are set to chirp during the daily data dump, but aren't supposed to after field installation.
Seriously, Are you sure the hard wired power is on? Could be it's running on the batteries.
