ugh. Food Lion. We bought some meat patties there once only to find out after we ate them that they were a year post their expiration date. I had bad dreams about expired food after that.

At one of the stores, they used bleach to remove the ink on the expiration dates on the chicken packages. Then they’ll write in a different expiration date by hand in pen. I’m not joking.

LOL! Been there, done that. Returned it! Bad chicken I knew the minute I opened the plastic. They HAD to have rewrapped and put a new sticker.
