(p)I will certainly get flamed by the Harley riders out there, but if reliability matters I would go with the Yamaha. I have been riding for 35 years and have seen, and still see, a lot more problems with the Harleys than with the Jap bikes. My current bike is an 09 Kawasaki Concours 1400. Not the most economical, but I sure have a lot of fun getting there.
