What would happen to one of us, everyday Joe American citizen, if we tried something like this? I imagine we’d be arrested. Why not him? Are Presidents immune to our laws?

Of course it is! But, still, I’m led to believe that whatever the crime, the only way the guy could possibly be removed from office is by impeachment.
