FactCheck has consistently admitted that Obamas father of record was a "British subject" at the time of Jr's birth. That Barack Jr. had dual British and American citizenship when he was born. Ergo not a natural born citizen as required by the constitution.

Then this is a non-starter. Issa needs to get a set of cajones and go on the Sunday talks. And he shouldn’t debate whether Obama was born in the US. He should debate what the Constitution says and that because Obama’s father was not an American citizen at the time of Obama’s birth, Obama is not eligible to be President.

Then subpeona Pelosi to testify as to why she signed off on it knowing he wasn’t eligible.

That’s what the Rats would do. Let them tell America that the Constitution is irrelevant and let the chips fall where they may.
