What is so hard to understand? This is about NBC, not where he was born. Prior to the 14th Amendment is was pretty damn obvious that NBC meant being born in this country of CITIZEN PARENTS. Even our Forefathers who wrote the Constitution exempted themselves even though they were born here.
NBC is mentioned only ONCE and it is DELIBERATE! It is the requirement for President and Vice President only.
Our country’s foundation is based on Allegiance to our Constitution. And if anyone is OK with just people just plopping a baby down on our soil and claiming they are NBC, then y’all have no problem whatsoever with any of the “tourist” babies being born here coming back at 18 from whatever foreign country they are raised in and becoming President.
If there is no distinction between NBC and Citizen then why was it put in the requirements for President?

The Constitution is what is at stake. Sen. McCaskill (D-MO) and those on the Senate Judiciary (including Republican Coburn) attempted to bypass the Constitution with S 2678 (failed) and SR 511 which passed almost unanimously. Repubs wanted to make sure McCain was eligible, and McCaskill, who loved Obama and wanted to be his V-P, were willing to violate the Constitution to get their way.
The sixth “Whereas” stated that previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President.. That is a lie and omits mention of parents’ citizenship and natural-born. The McCain controversy was a smokescreen to get Obama eligible. They (Congress, Senate, etc.) all knew Obama was not eligible when they signed the non-binding Resolution 511 of April 30, 2008. Hillary knew, but figured she already had enough delegates and refused to expose a fellow rat. Have you wondered why Congress will not deal with the issue? If they begin impeachment, their duplicity and lack of allegiance to the Constitution will be exposed. The price is too great to pay. They would rather risk losing the nation to a usurper than admit their betrayal. Integrity has no meaning to them.
It all backfired on Hillary and Repubs when Howard Dean forced Hillary’s delegates to illegally switch their votes to Obama at the DNC. Was there a conspiracy? Did it have anything to do with extra info at the secret meeting of Congress on Mar. 12, 2008? Look it up. Some say members left crying or angry but were sworn to secrecy about the collapse of America’s currency and economy, rioting, etc. Were they threatened with bodily harm? Were they promised protection and benefits if Obama got on the ticket? I don’t know, but I do know Obama still has all the powers given to Bush after 9/11 plus Continuity of Government Powers (military dictatorship?) if we suffer another attack (planned crisis?). Obama is not loyal to the USA. He knows he is violating the Constitution deliberately. That is the issue.
