Off the top of my head. Arizona, Missouri, Nebraska, Georgia, Oklahoma, Texas, Connecticut, Indiana, Nebraska, Tennessee and Maine.

It doesn’t mean they’ve passed or even gotten far but they’ve gotten a lot farther than they’ll ever get in congress.
