I’m a “paleo birther” and I think we’re going to get nowhere by this route. Better to take it to the states and get a couple to require proof.

Even if it were proven 100% that obama is ineligible tomorrow, he would still be there till the next election at least. It would lead to a big ongoing fight in Washington that would likely end with a deal. Our congress simply isn’t going to remove Obama without having a huge majority in both the house and senate.

At this point its most effective at dividing conservatives and that needs to stop. We aren’t all going to agree on this and that’s a simple fact. There are plenty of other issues we do agree on and those agreements should come first.

Do you know of a state that is close to passing such a resolution?

I don't. I doubt any Governor will sign it.

There are matters of serious import here. I am sorry that someone as bright as Marc levin does not see this.

If Obama hoodwinked the nation and was never eligible, this was indeed the biggest scam perpetrated on the USA. Nancy Pelosi was the one who signed the amended forms to swear he was eligible. Her butt is on the line. I am sad Marc levin does not feel this is a serious constitutional issue.

It is.
