Hawaii now disallowing citizens from getting their long form BC is absolutely unbelievable. Any new reporter worth anything at all would immediately ask “why now?”
The information contained on the birth certificate is there for a reason. And I’d think every citizen would have a right to get that information in the form of a birth certificate. Is this legal? Maybe Bill can answer that in his “Is this legal?” segment.
