That pig needed a .22 in the head, as it was alive when the video ended. If it was going to be the guest of honor at a BBQ, I would think it should have been bled out, a simple task with a vehicle on scene and lots of help to hoist it up.
Like the man in the video said, just nerves, the pig was dead after that up close shot.
