Orly Taitz belongs on late night talk radio (or in the Twilight Zone). This “birther” issue distracts attention from real issues such as Obama’s proven involvment—the evidence is in fact still on line per a search on “Dinner with Barack”—in what Minnesota law enforcement called an illegal lottery. This means Obama can be impeached.
There is also the issue of Obama’s open involvement with Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, a well-known anti-Semitic and racist hate group. See “Freddy’s Fashion Mart” for but one example.
If I were Obama, I would in fact start the “birther” issue myself as a distraction. I would have also circulated the false rumors about “Dreams from my Father” and “The Audacity of Hope” (fake quotations) to distract attention from the actual content, which is bad enough by itself. Not particularly bad for “Audacity of Hope” but there is in fact racist material in “Dreams From My Father.”

Although most of the early "Birther" efforts were sincere,(I hope) all they succeeded in doing was to hand Team Obama a string of super-easy court room victories without breaking a sweat. In fact, no (not one) of the cases brought has yet to be heard on it's merits.
Now that Trump has weighed in, that might change. MAY 2 is the next big day in court for Orly and Lawyer Kreep. (9th circuit (of all places). Check out Kreep's sober, restrained, and hard-hitting brief. It's a bit of a masterpiece. Orly's is a seething potboiler bodice-ripper type narrative. It is thrilling. Every contemptuous word is true. It will probably be thrown out.
The problem is simple. Everyone knows that Barack Hussein Obama, Jr (even the name is now in doubt) is not a "Natural Born Citizen." He has never said he was, so I reckon he knows it, too! So, he says he was born in Hawaii. Kewl. So maybe he's at least a "Native Born Citizen." And maybe, just maybe, some court somewhere will say "Native means the same thing as Natural." (I surely hope not) But, meantime he can't prove the Hawaii thing, the name thing, and the whole "Native" thing.
So, you, me Orly, and everybody else is still stuck with the problem. He's ineligible ... but what do we do about it? Noise? Noise is good. Shout him out of running again in 2012.
