I remember SCO Group and Darl McBride trying to shutdown Linux back in the early 2000’s. Glad SCO lost ! One thing to mention, The SCO Group was different from the original SCO that was based in Santa Cruz, CA.

Groklaw did a hell of a job educating folks on both the facts of the case in question, the workings of the court itself. amd the sleaziness of some of the corporations involved.
