Those are crazy Luongo stats.
Bruins 1-0 GO THOMAS!!!!
That Marchand kid is having the time of his life Boston 2-0, Thomas Conn Smyth.
Loooooooser. Boy does he stink! Bruins 3-0.
TIM THOMAS! SECOND AMERICAN BORN PLAYER NAMED MVP!!!
To Luongo...YOU LOST IT FOR US, YOU MEDIOCRE POS GOALIE!
I swear vancouver is cursed...I cant believe this sh*t
The Bergeron “slide” in 2nd period which made it 3-0 was pretty much the game...
To the Sedin twins...STFU.
Congrats Bruins!!!!!
Vancouver don’t burn too much of the town although it looks like you’ve gotten a good start.
In defense of Vancouver . . .
Their offense just lost their edge during the layoff between series.
That being said > > > I am THRILLED that Mark Recchi retires with the Stanley Cup!
There weren’t too many shots of the crowd late in the game.
Go figure!
A superb game and Tim Thomas is a god.
Thelma & Louise!
He was consistently awesome!
And after his tough season last year, so sweet. I thought he was toast, but he came back after off-season surgery, and came back stronger than 2 years ago.
Conn Smythe and he should win the Vezina too.
From the Niedermayers to Rechii, we BC boys are loyal to the province.
BTW, my family just texted me that just like 94’ when I was a wee lad, THEY ARE RIOTING LIKE LOSERS AND BURNING CARS IN VANCOUVER.
damn classy city..like I posted before: Luongo better not show his face in public or they will hang him and I;m serious..
Damn, watching an interview with Chara on NESN. He is pretty overwhelmed.
How sad.
How sad.
Very well done. Hats off to some of the walking-wounded Canucks
for gutting it out. Julien outcoached Vigneault, his greater experience
showed. Boston was just too deep, and the acquisitions of Kelly,
Peverley et. al. were brilliant work by Chiarelli. The Sedins are
young enough to improve: guys like Yzerman, Modano etc.
improved their defensive skills later in their careers, and that helped
them to win. Finally, Luongo. He was inconsistent for sure, but
not any worse than Niemi with the Hawks; the difference was
the defensive effort in front of him, and the Nucks just could not
pull it off. Congratz to Thomas, the Vezina is his.
And finally, go Sharks in 2012!
Yeah, my sister just told me they’re rioting in Vancouver.
This from a person that said Vancouver fans are nicer than Boston fans, not that I’m personally a fan of either.
