The whole EU is nothing but a Potemkin village. Commmunists and libtards tout it everyday as a standard to follow. Yet to call it a homogenous middle class is a joke. In reality homogenous lower class is the end result. Just like in Russia and china and only a minor percentage will live a higher standard that STILL... STILLL will never match the prosperity that even America's middle class has.
This is just the beginning of course. Soon we shall see famine, political strife, genoicde and despotism. The EU is on its way to becoming the new USSR and end up the same way as it was.
Harrison Bergeron is in prison somewhere in Denmark.
WWBD?
What would Beowulf do?
Have you been to Denmark?
I have.
It is expensive, but it is far from being a dump like most of our liberal run cities in the United States.
I remember walking around Copenhagen and people left their expensive mountain bikes unlocked while they shopped.
No graffiti, no trash strewn everywhere, no sirens or ambulances, no gun shots from gangs.
I am not saying it was perfect, but their socialism is far better than the socialism we got in this country, and, yes, many of the liberal run cities in the US are socialist and have tax rates comparable to Europe, but without anybody benefiting except the overpaid liberal bureaucrats making 6 figures and the illegals on the dole, who are better off on welfare in this country than being a peon in theirs.
It’s not their socialism that accounts for low crime - it’s their homogeneity.
Denmark has their Mozzies.
Is it a race issue or are our liberals worthless and corrupt?
San Francisco doesn’t have much of a black population, but the taxes are high(comparable to Europe), it is highly bureaucratic, crime is out of control, the roads are horrible, the city is extemely dirty, and you have bums and degenerates everywhere.
You can live in a location where just about everyone is white, but you still see plenty of n*****s.
Other countries are less likely to have that ghetto culture, so they are more livable.
I know they don't like to talk about it much, but these differences ~ as minor as those of us outside that part of the world might think them to be ~ have been sufficient to create wars many times over the last few centuries.
There are libraries of books written about Danish psycho-social incompatibilities ~ and they paint a frightening picture.
Well, then it must be a American liberal cultural issue, because where I live, there is no black culture or black people or any ghettos, and the liberals have run my hometown right into the toilet.
But what we do have are high taxes and an overpaid bureaucracy with horrible services, schools, roads, graffiti, bums, degenerates etc.
Haven’t you ever heard to saying, “It’s easy for Sweden to be socialist, because everyone there is Swedish.”
An almost ten year old, factually out of date article about a country with a total population somewhere between that of Berlin and Paris. So that is pars pro toto for the whole of Europe?
Look! Some Dane put up a website just for you (don't forget to turn the sound on)! ;-)
If people can’t compete for money, they will compete for something else to get prestige. Writers, musicians, and artists....
The only wars that could fit this picture I remember are the Prussian-Danish Wars over Schleesvik-Holstein during the unification of Germany, and the Second World War. The border was afterwards fixed according to population majority of each area.
Like I said just one thing after the other.
“Courtesans”?
Doesn’t anybody pick up a dictionary any more?
That would be courtiers, she was more or less her own courtesan.
And the title was Tsarina or Empress, not Queen.
I wasn´t talking about the wars per se, I know the history of Europe and its various kingdoms, especially Danish, as we were part of it until our Independence in 1944. They stayed though completely out of WW1, despite a numerous Danish minority on the other side of the border. Something that was mostly fixed after the World War (the first one), by adjustment of the borders and population exchange.
But your other statements perplexed me. I haven´t heard them before and would like to hear what you mean, as there has for a long time understandably been a Love-Hate relationship between our two peoples.
please explain I’d like to know more.
Hey! it might be out of date but the EU is going down hill. all those nice perks you hear about? Nothing compared to what’s coming once the system crashes. Which it will.
