There is no “Search Box” present in the “top right” of the Address Bar. According to MS, it was designed that way, and does not work with 64 bit Windows 7 & Google as the search provider.

I am just wondering why you are missing it since you can simply type your search expression into the address bar in IE9 and hit enter. If you configure it that way (which I did), it will also use Google for searching.
