I mean, seriously, we are going to credit Obama for the ‘leadership’ of taking 40 days to cut a deal that was $10 billion from the bogey in the HR1 bill passed in the House in feb? Credit for getting the 2011 budget done, A MERE 6 MONTHS LATE?

As far as I can tell, Obama did not in any way accelerate the resolution of this deal. Boehner and Reid could have cut this by themselves.

But seriously - this whole thing was based on promises made by Obummer and the DEMOCTRATS to actually bring a vote on the Senate floor on ObummerCare and Planned Parenthood. When was the last time the DEMs kept a promise to Republicans?
