Except for the votes on raising the debt limit and on passing the 2012 budget. Also the vote on passing the 2013 budget is due before the presidential election. GOP ain't gonna do squat budget cut wise in an election year. Not doing squat may well put them back in as the minority again. That's what got them put back there to start with under Bush. They never learn.
