The two adds in question are exact copies of each other. Are we to assume that both newspapers use the same printing presses. or perhaps one (more likely) is is a copy and paste of the other. And if my information is correct the microfilm was decayed to a point that it could not be copied. If this is true the “Add” is a restored copy and has no legal standing.
Actually the birth announcements are the same only to a point. Ladysforest and Butterdezillion have shown that the Star Bulletin had a whole lot of more names on their page. The one that has been out since 08 was cropped so no one knew there were more names until Ladysforest took photos of the microfilm for the entire page.
