Yeah, I know! But no matter how strange your life is, there’s always something else weird that you didn’t even know about.

Loud, numerous, weird, skinny, playing the electric guitar, doing something secretive in Panama, starting a new job tomorrow, drinking too much wine ...

I don’t ever originate a kitteh, except for the occasional view of Jake, sleeping.

Sounds like the kind of joint I try to stay out of.

Tax-chick makes multi-tasking seem like putting together a twenty-four piece jigsaw puzzle with a ten-minute time limit.

“Is that good? Why, look here on the box. It says three to four YEARS!”

Y’all funny ...

Just as I got Frank put to bed, a friend from my college years in Texas called. We just got off the phone after covering everyone’s family developments over the last six months or so.

It’s bedtime in our time zone. DP starts the new job tomorrow, but doesn’t get paid until May 15, which I don’t love ... but it beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

Hi Fellow Undeads!

I have not been on FR for a while. Things seem to have changed quite a bit. I relished Zot threads and was more than game to provide a dungeon for the varied and assorted beasties that the fellows and gals wrought on the face of the earth. Of late, it has been slim pickings. Is it the depth of the Republican field, the state of the world, or the lousy economy? One can’t find a decent zombie nowadays! They are all pimply and gooey and so on. It is the younger generation, I say, with all their “Dancing With the Stars” nonsense. What has become of the underworld?

Have to feed the scorpions!
Frank

Note to self:

Do not keep flamingoes and anteaters in adjacent compounds.

I wonder if there is any market for my pet anteater who can play the glockenspiel?

I would assume that the world is ready for another Lionel Hampton.

But if he's of more moderate talent, adding in a bit of harmonica playing might be just the right touch.
