When I went to school in France, my visa specified that I had to receive at least a certain amount of French Francs per month so they would be sure they would never have to support me. Why can’t we do that?

I agree. I know we kind of bash Europeans, but occasionally on certain things they have more balls then Americans and don't care about who is offended. And I'm totally jealous that you got to study in France.

Retro, I said I went to school in France; I didn’t say I studied... ROFL. But true - I had so much fun and really didn’t hit the books much. Um, or enough. Wonderful wonderful junior year. Oui oui! :)
