You have no evidence that he hasn't committed any crimes. So what's your point? Just because he is not charged and convicted of any crimes, doesn't mean that he hasn't committed them, does it?

Maybe he did travel on an American Passport that was created by his good friend Bernardine Dohrn. Maybe he decided to disappear for awhile because of the million dollar Brink's robbery. He certainly wasn't only eight years old at that time. There are certainly a lot of "maybe"s and unknown periods in his life.

You seem very certain that he had American Passport thirty years ago, but everytime that you are asked for the evidence, you are unable to provide us with anything.
