The article is ill concieved and so poorly researched that it is not a stretch in any way to assert that it was concieved and written in a single afternoon.
RIM has the secure data section of the business to itself. Muslim countries have banned Blackberry for a reason. In a very real sense, android and iOs do not have any place in this market sector.

Apple iPhone 4 with ONE phone has 25.2% of the US. market but Google Android has 33% with 100s of modelsPING! Apple has better than 50% of the profits!

I had a Samsung Moment with Android, I absolutely hated it.
Not sure whether I had a bad phone or Android OS was not quite right. In either event that phone never worked right, slow to boot up, programs slow, etc..
Finally decided to try a Blackberry Style and I love it, easy to use, great programs and best of all connects to the computer for easy downloads.
I would not sell RIM short just yet.

is there a way to ensure “big google” does not track your activity on your smartphone?
windows phone 7 seems a marketshare dud.
iphone is just apple. (but the stock keeps climbing)
