BOLLINGER COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - A Bollinger County deputy resigned after an incident at a domestic violence call goes awry.
Sheriff Leo McElrath says Deputy Kelly Barks arrested the man at the scene, and then got his permission to search the residence.
When Barks went inside, she saw the man's three dogs growling at her. She thought one of them bit her, shot him, and went outside. After realizing she was fine, she went back into the residence where McElrath says the dog was still acting aggressive, so she shot him again.

“Deputy Barks? Really?”

lol. It was a chihuahua! How was the officer's life threatened?
lolololol.
Bloated corrupt government at it's best!
“It was a chihuahua. It had it coming, you can bet on it. They are nasty little creatures.”

I fought pain with time and hate
Is she really that F-ing stupid; or does she think we're F-ing stupid?

Reminds me of the “Reno 911” episode where the big bruiser guy is crying to the officer as he does not have the money to put his very ill dog to sleep. The Reno cop disappears around the corner with the dog and you hear a gun shot..
Just then a neighbor lady comes out of her house yelling...”What’s going on out here?” To which the big bruiser guy replies...” I told you to keep your damn dog out of my yard!!!”
Your act is tired and old.
