I guess we could add the fact that he also is in violation of our law for supplying AK47s to the drug cartels who used them to kill a federal agent in Mexico, but then again what law is it he would be in violation of?

Not really; that's getting far too removed from the incident.
Prosecuting Obama for that would be akin to prosecuting a driving-instructor for giving the qualification-test for a driver's license to someone who later killed another in a DUI incident.

The violation of a treaty by an agency he is responsible for is, however, valid.
