Come on man,
Just because a former strippers billionaire husband mysteriously drowns in the ocean and she inherits EVERYTHING you go and jump to conclusions.
I grew up in N. Hollywood.
Dad split 4 season tickets to Dodger games with 3 guys he worked with, Third tier first row right above 1st base.
We’d sell world series tickets and it would pay for the next whole year.
That is pretty cool. For me, suppliers to my dad's company comped him a lot of tickets (8-10 games per year), good seats lower level behind the Dodger dugout about halfway up. I saw a lot of big games including: three games during Drysdale's scoreless inning stretch, Koufax (at the coliseum as well as at Dodger Stadium), 'the throw' by Joe Ferguson (against the A's), Yankees and Orioles in the World Series, Manny Mota foul off 12 consecutive pitches before advancing a runner, an inside the park home run by Willie Davis, plus Maury Wills and his stolen bases.
I was pretty lucky, dad was not so much into baseball but new I loved it and so did my Mom, who was with me for many of those games (since I was too young to drive!).
Good memories!
