Agreed. If I recall correctly, over 1/2 of the supposed increase is due to "adjustments" in the data (i.e. making the older data look cooler, and more recent data look warmer). Then there are the problems of bad station siting (near asphalt, next to A/C units, etc.) and urban heat islands, which are pretty much ignored.

My take is that the data has been manipulated, and we have been lied to. The whole AGW scare is one giant fraud whereby insiders make money, and everyone else in the world suffers.
