Think of all the new wetlands and tidal marshes to manage by the feds!? Water in a physical large body of mass evaporates very slowly in contrast to marshes, wetlands, and tidal pools. The increase in sea levels will recover all those lost ecosystems that overdevelopment took out of the cycle. Desertification will reverse due to the increased atmospheric water supply, giving new life to water starved regions of the globe.
Of course I have no scientificly valid proof of this claim, but it's just as or more valid than anything the AGW crowd passes off as fact.
