We have been taking Vitamin D3 religiously for well over a year as well. Went all winter without getting sick. I’m always saying, “did you take your D3 today?” But it didn’t stop this...we all got sick, my daughter very sick, and it lingers. I still definitely believe in the Vitamin D3, but it’s disconcerting when something like this comes along.
..I've been taking 2000iu daily for months.
But if this is a 'superbug'...then I guess we were without the defenses needed to thwart it :(
