Best $100 you can spend in my book. Since silver is high the 91/30 might be the better investment! I need a few more.

Last one was on sale for 99 bucks with full kit, bayonet, sling, and had a beautiful bore. The cosmoline is a pain in the butt though!

Bent bolts and scope mounts can be had. Thus scoped, easily slams the steel targat @300yds. With a distinctive ring rather than a girly man .223 ping.

Photobucket This Yugoslavian Mauser cost $99 plus the dealer threw in a canvas bandoleer which had 200 rounds on stripper clips. It is corrosive but shoots fine. They are not as well finished as the better German, Belgian, CZ etc. but are still well made and perform at the same level as any military ones.
