My mom arrived at BWI Airport recently, and I e-mailed her that I would pick her up at “Balmor, Merlin” for her flight from San Juan.
Imagine her confusion as she was trying to decipher what the hell “Balmor, Merlin” meant.
After a few exchanges I just broke down and wrote: IT’S ‘BALTIMORE, MARYLAND’ MOM!! IT’S A JOKE!!
Hahaha...
That’s not nice if your mom doesn’t speak english well ;o)
