The Old Man is a big Democrat. Thinks FDR was great.
I remember when he said that on the show. My Grandparent’s hated FDR.

I don’t see that having anything to do with it. My Dad who is about the same age as the “Old Man” also thought FDR was a good President - yet he went to his grave a solid Republican and probably one of Rush Limbaugh’s biggest fans in the early years of his show.
