Yes I have and they had me do the ‘reset’ of the modem.
When I suggested they have a ‘node’ problem because of traffic they claimed it shouldn’t make any difference.
One thing I’m going to try in the spring is replace my telephone lines. Although they’re ok, I figured it was cheap and worth a shot. (I can do the work myself).
