Actually he can write a bill (not the one he has here) that says “no federal advertising dollars to any network that is not fair and unbiased”, if he spells out just what is fair, what is biased, and what is not, with objective tests and standards.
That would hurt the networks he likes, though. Plus, it would be work to prepare such a bill, and who in the House actually work? Most bills are written by outside activist groups and ported into Congress (if the House did not read Obamacare, they sure as shinola didn’t write it).
His actions are just for show, like the House voting to defund NPR. Sure, Obama would sign that the minute it gets through the Senate!
This is all theater.
If every 3 week bill omits NPR they are de-funded. Let the rats keep it up.
