Yes, I know. That's pretty crass. And I don't really think that's what he was saying; it's what I hoped he wasn't saying.

I give the person who did the prayer credit for having the best intentions. The emphasis was a little ka-thumpish. I don't think most people are crass; really, I don't.

I haven't prayed enough for the people of Japan. Nor even sent in my tuppence yet, I'm ashamed to say.
