A nation of idiots.
The sky is falling.
Oh good grief..
Is there any end to the affirmative action incompetents Obamalini will put in office?
Another excuse to spend money?
I regret I did not invest in companies who manufacture iodine tablets.
I would be very rich now.
“A fool and his money are soon parted.”
You forgot the MORON ALERT!
Wouldn’t kelp with a little iodized salt flavoring work just as well as taking expensive pills with a short storage life? Just wondering, because it doesn’t take that much kelp to get the maximum daily dosage of KI.
Hasn’t she attended Michelle’s diet classes yet? The SGOTUS sure is a poster woman for healthy eating.
First off the gubmint shouldn’t be buying these things. They should just tell people to keep some on hand, you never know about a terrorist attack using nuclear material/dirty bomb. The other thing is the iodine pills work for kids pretty good, for adults....meh, not so much.
LOL
Reminds me of all those people who ran and got a prescription for Tamiflu in case they got the flu(Avian or Bird Flu).
Problem is they have no idea when to administer or under what circumstances.
Oh God......
She should NOT have gone there.....
(might not be a bad idea to check on the stocks of companies that make/sell Iodine pills)
I read about iodine tablets some time last year or the year before, can’t remember which, anyway, I went to the local Walgreens as recommended by the CDC, and asked for the tablets. They looked at me like I had two heads, and had never heard of the CDC claim that said all pharmacies should have these tablets on hand. It was an uncomfortable moment.
Better to chow down on some kelp, miso soup, cruciferous veggies and beta carotene vegetables along with green tea and zero sugar if you want some practical protection from not only “bad” iodine but other nastyies, as this diet was successfully used in post-war Japan to treat radiation sickness.
Wanna bet she got into medical school on the black/female quota system!!! Dumb, dumb dumb.
The Surgeon General is the last surgeon that I’d ever choose to operate on me.
In fact, no matter what the medical necessity, I’d take my chances without the surgery.
