No clue. Wasn't Ann on an upper floor and the babysitter below? It looks as if there might be three floors with a basement at the garage level.

No, I don't see a front door. There appears to be a door on the left side going down into the garage. And that sidewalk seems to continue on around to the side of the house. The tree is blocking that side of the house but it looks to me like that's the corner. On the right of the garage, it looks like there's another path with steps going up to that side of the house. It seems the place was already chopped up into apartments.

Trying to figure out where within this house they lived is an exercise in futility imo because the house card and the house photo that were used don't illustrate any residence that ever existed on that block. If you want to get into why, you better have two or three hours to devote to the subject and REALLY want to know.
