To me, the grand convergence of 1971 has too many coincidences to be something not organized for a specific big family purpose.

And there is this:

http://wtpotus.wordpress.com/ot/

January 4, 1972 SADOS, a teacher, (re)applies for a US passport by mail from her father’s home in Hawaii to travel to her permanent residence at DJL Taman Matraman Barat, 22 Pav, Djakarta, Indonesia, stating she is returning “home” in 10 days to stay indefinitely. She amends passport to include/exclude “Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)”, probably excluded because Soebarkah is remaining in Hawaii

The inconsistencies I find in my own theory are:
a) In the Soetoro/Dunham divorce they do name 2 children with one over 18 (without the name). So it would seem Barry/Soebarkah/Barak is still ‘Soetoro’ at that time in 1980. So that would seem to indicate that an adoption by the grandparents did not occur.
b) There some that claim that the name in birth records was Barry Soetoro from the original adoption in the early 1960s.

I am completely convinced that a formal adoption took place after the Dunham Soetoro marriage. Young Barry/Soebarkah/Barak was under 5 making that an almost automatic event with the marriage.

Also the enabling and covering MSM lied repeatedly about the actual marriage date as 1967 or 1968. Look it up the long Time article and others. But we know now the correct date is March 1965, when Barry/Barak/Soebarkah was less than 5. These later dates may have been floated out there by the Obama Campaign. After all, if you are willing take photos of forged documents inside your own campaign HQs you would have not issue floating false information.

With the sudden flush of information that came with the Stanley Ann passport FOIA documents - and then the Lolo documents right on the SADOS’ docs heels - I think there has been some confusion, datewise, concerning the paper with the crossed out “Soebarkah”. All of the forms have an “purpose designation” code in the lower left-hand corner. The January 4, 1972 doc signed by SADOS is an “Application For Passport By Mail”, with the purpose designation [partially obscured by a staple] “FORM 4-71 DSP-82”.

The “Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)” form bears the “purpose designation” code” “FORM 7-64 FS-299”. The only other document with that PD code is the “Application For [box checked] Renewal of [box checked] Passport”. This document was signed by Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro on August 13, 1968, at the US Consulate in Djakarta, Indonesia. On page 2 of the “FORM 7-64 FS-299” is where Barry’s name as ‘Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)’ was written in the space to “Amend To Include [Exclude] Children”. Apparently the name was crossed out because on page one of the document the only purpose checked off is for Stanley Ann to have a routine renewal of her passport. Presumably, to amend whether her son was to be put on, remain on, or be removed from her passport would require a separate application, specifically for such an amendment, ie, each function - passport renewal, or amendment, requires it’s own piece of paper for the file. Too easy for confusion to ensue, or for data to get lost, if one form has multiple requests/functions on it.

Regarding the crossed out “Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)” on page two of the Form 7-64 FS-299: The date of Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro’s signature is August 13, 1968. She and Barry had been in Indonesia for 10 months - since Oct. 1967. From this document, we can’t tell whether she wanted to add him to her passport, or to remove him.
If she wanted to remove him, where in the FOIA release is the document that would have put him ON it in the first place? Perhaps that was her July 19, 1965 passport - and perhaps his name being on it is why IT is “lost”. If she wanted to add his name to this - her 1968 [renewal] passport, and it had to be on a separate FS-299, where is THAT document [an FS-299 passport amendment application to add his name to her passport? Because his name was initially written on her Aug. 13, 1968 form, and then scratched out, there is somewhere a form correcting that: either a separate application to add his name, a separate application to remove his name, or an application IN HIS name - providing him with his own passport. Has to be one of those three to account for his name being scratched off. Best guess is that he was on her passport and she wanted to remove him - because he had moved to Hawaii a full year before this doc. BUT - if he WAS on her passport, how did he travel to Hawaii? He would have had to have his own passport. Can you have your own passport and yet still be on a parent’s passport? On the passport he had to have to travel to Hawaii, was his name Soebarkah? And was it a US passport put together at the embassy where his mother worked - or was it an Indonesian passport? All the snippets we do know [such as school record showing Indonesian citizenship] - combined with Obie’s obsessive secrecy - indicate it was indeed an Indonesian passport.

The “Form 7-64 DSP-19 Application For Amendment To Passport is interesting in that it reveals her July 19, 1965 -issued passport was as Stanley Ann Soetoro. The date on this application isn’t real clear, but appears to be 6-24-67. The requested amendment was not to put her passport in her married name; she had already done that at, or before, July 19, 1965. The change requested here was to go from “Stanley Ann Soetoro” to “S. Ann Soetoro”. All she was doing was trying to get rid of the man’s name - to not have to carry it as her legal name in Indonesia, one would suppose. Apparently she would have had to formally, legally, change her name for it to be changed on her passport, as she remained “Stanley” on her passport docs, even after she divorced Lolo and went back to “Dunham”, with a NEW passport/NEW passport number.

And we still don’t know if she ever had a passport prior to July 19, 1965, or prior to being married to Lolo Soetoro.

Nor do we know for sure anything of Barry’s passport history. Even having the “Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)” - albeit scratched out - on one of his mother’s docs, we still have nothing but conjecture: maybe, might, could have, perhaps, possibly, etc. As with everything else, the blankness of his passport history tells us he has something he deems essential to keep hidden.

An observation about the scratched off “Barack Hussein Obama (Soebarkah)”. I happen to be left-handed, so it jumped out at me that those hatch-marks over his name were made by a left-handed person. Also, the hatch lines look to be the same width, ie, made with the same pen - as the letters/parenthesis marks. Guesswork - did Stanley Ann write the name and the marks? Did she write his name and let him make the hatch marks? We know Barry is left-handed, and that handedness is hereditary - though not necessarily directly from a parent. [Both my parents were righties; Mother’s brother was left-handed. I’ve 5 kids; two are left-handed] I’ve been searching the internet - trying to find photos of all the ObieWorld suspects using their dominant hand, as that one characteristic could zero [pun intended] in on who sired Barry. Unless his mother was the lefty - or, a lefty as well as [whomever].
