Can you listen to XM radio online while, at the same time, someone else listens in a car using the same account?

Nope. Siruis and XM are also separate accounts. Two cars and a home unit run me about $600 a year. Maybe this will change if people complain enough.

We have both services...internet and vehicle...don’t believe we’ve ever had the need to try running both at the same time...I LOVE sirius since we make a lot of trips up and down I95 and don’t lose Beck, Hannity or Levin to a static mess...

Radio that can be easily moved from vehicle to vehicle is a big money saver.

I keep the antenna inside the vehicle, and attached to the radio, unplug from 12v and make the move.

Use the same system in the house, antenna works through the ceiling and the roof.

Yes, I also suggest you go to all portable radios. Then you can carry it, listen in your home and put it in the car.

I think you have to pay a little extra for online access. I used to listen online for free, but at some point they started charging for it. That was when our only account was for a home receiver. I doubt it matters with the receiver is in the home or in the car for you to have Internet access availability.

For online radio try Pandora. It’s free and has a unique system that allows you to create
channels that play only the music you want. Sorry no talk radio.
