Does anyone else have a problem with the American SOCIETY for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals having law enforcement agents with the power to arrest people they don’t like...or is it just me?

I guess it's just me, but I have a real problem with anyone who tortures or kills one of God's creatures because of rage. These people need to be seriously dealt with - because the next time, it might be a human being.

There is no reason on earth why anyone should torture or kill - just because they feel like it.
