Just like a crooked Bankrupcy lawyer recomending to their client to spend away because they wont have to pay it back.

Just to set the record straight, I work in bankruptcy and it's the clients that think this way, not the lawyers. (They know better, there would be hell to pay.)

Having said that, I think you are on to something. I don't put Obama and his ilk beyond this sort of thinking at all.

I have never experienced the bankruptcy thing so I don't know much about it. I believe you are correct. Its the clients who would feel like its free money. I don't know much about lawyers except the ones I see on TV wanting me to sue any and everyone. Thanks for the correction.
