Yeah, it’s a filth pit of a coal plant.

The fact that it looks like a pristine park is due to photoshop no doubt.

My father worked at a coal plant in Shamkin Dam Pennsylvania from 1953 into the 1970's. The plant had stack filters put on in the 1970's. It looked like that picture after they were put on.

Notice the devices on the stacks. Before the stack devices smoke poured from them. Now it looks like that everyday.
