The major grocery stores in our area have wipes freely available where you pick up your cart.

That being said, the rule at our house has always been to wash your hands as soon as you get home from the store BEFORE your put the food away.

That’s a hard and fast rule here, too.

And if you’re going to use the reusable shopping bags, wash them often.

Studies show those things get nasty.

You're not the only one. I won't begin to put food up until I wash-up.

Also, I use the dollar store glass cleaner with Ammonia om my hands instead of
those expensive purell type sanitizers after handling any cash.
