My husband (retired from Delta Air Lines) when he applied for a job with Delta, they also sent him to a Psychiatrist for test. Mechanics and pilots were required to be tested, maybe others do not know.
The test consisted of have you ever lied and stolen. He answered yes to both. He said what kid who has ever grown up has not done so?
He worked for Delta 40+ years.
