There is a lot of this going on. In some predominantly Mexican neighborhoods in California, the Mexican Mafia has been conducting a program of ethnic cleansing against any blacks that live in the neighborhood, with the idea of having an entirely Mexican area.

This is done mostly with drive by shootings at any black person, man, woman or child.
