There may have been more than one rattle per shake of the table. Subsequent BATFE testing was at first unable to replicate this condition, but after sawing two of the legs at unequal lengths and adding additional laminate to the top surface was able to get it to double rattle with one shake.
This means this was a fully automatic Class III device so 922(o) applies under the NFA and the Commerce Clause.
