I have made scalloped potatoes from scratch, but they just aren’t as good as ol’ Betty’s. I totally agree. I bet if I used 2 boxes and a huge casserole of these, my family would not even know they were Betty Crocker's. It gives the recipe on back for 2 boxes!! I may try this the next time I have to take a dish to one of their get together's!!
Two boxes? That would be enough to feed twenty people, JC, wouldn't it? If you do try it, be sure to use two bunches of green onions per box, and extra milk.
