Crescent City got hit and I hear the harbor area is really bad. My family there are all commercial fishermen. They took their boats out to sea so all of them were okay. None of them live in a danger zone so no damage to their homes either. Maui took a hit but mostly in the area of our three harbors. Water came up the road at my house but did not flood the yard. Debris in the road and puddles and the roads are still closed in some areas. Traffic going by so must not be too bad. Just talked to my friend who is in the tourist boat business and they took all their boats out to sea so suffered no damage. Looks like we were pretty lucky overall. Prayers for those poor Japanese people that really suffered harm. Aloha
