I like your earnestness, to be honest. Maybe I’m not smart enough to get it. I just don’t see half-formed creatures, which would lead me to believe that evolution may be true.
One more question: Do you think that the evolution of all organisms was directed by God, or do you believe that God was surprised by the advent of cats, elephants, earthworms and humans? Cordially, Bob
If you are expecting “half formed creatures” then you are not knowledgeable enough about the subject. Intelligence is not even a factor at that point, just knowledge.

They have apparently existed for longer than modern humans have, and were therefore presumably quite well adapted to their environment some three million years ago.

Yes, eugenists love that idea. I see it's making a comeback. Seeing as how almost every important evolutionist was a eugenist, you can't exorcise the eugenist out of the evolutionist for long.
