Heh. I think I read an earlier report of this..Daily Mail? Well, at least that judge had some common sense. And the citizens need to be allowed some real firepower.
Believe it or not, this is happening right here in backwoods WV. Small town. Man owns a small apt. house. Tenants moved out and before he could get the apts. cleaned squatters moved in and he can’t seem to get them out. I haven’t heard what the law is that is seemingly keeping him from his own property. I would be figuring out a way to get them out. They are druggies and are trashing his place. time for tear gas at midnight.
